We need a clear cut plan before moving forward.  From here, we will build your blueprint on how to achieve your goal.


*FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN:
The Functional Movement Screen is how we pick the right exercises for you that

are safe & effective.


*Up to 9 small group training sessions

Our version of personal training gives members access to true strength training. You'll improve movement and get strong at the same time.

I have tried multiple types of exercise including Zumba, small workout classes, cardio, etc, but nothing has made me sweat and feel as great as the training classes at First Capital Gym.
