At First Capital Gym, the basic plank is taught to all of our members because of its importance in every exercise. In lots of cases with our newer members, it’s a great way to start. A few weeks ago, we showed some progressions of a plank that are super hard when done right.
This week, we’ll look at 3 that are no walks in the park. Remember though, you must have the basic plank down before progressing to more advanced exercises. Check out the 3 below!
