I first met Ryan when I decided to train for my Strong First level one kettle bell certification. I knew very little about kettle bells at the time and I knew I needed a good coach. The certification is very demanding. In addition to performing six moves with precision, I needed to snatch a 12 kg kettle bell 100 times in less than five minutes. I couldn’t have done this without Ryan’s help. He is a great coach. I’m happy to say that after six month of training with him I passed my certification. I can’t thank Ryan enough.
