5 Minute Red White & Blue Smoothie Bowl

This delicious smoothie bowl has no added sugar and is simple and easy to make! 
Super filling, incredibly healthy, and sure to cool you off during the crazy heat wave this July 4th!

3/4 c milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 c fresh spinach
2/3 c frozen cherries
1/3 c granola
3-4 fresh strawberries
1/4 c fresh blueberries
2 T shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 banana, sliced (optional)

Add milk to the blender and turn on low. Add protein powder, then spinach and frozen cherries and add lid.
Slowly turn up speed and blend at high speed until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
While smoothie is blending, wash strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries and banana (if using).
Pour smoothie into a bowl. Top with granola, strawberries, blueberries, coconut, and any banana.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
