Your 6 Week Personal Training Experience

Our 6 Week Personal Training Experience is designed around you. After you’re your initial consultation, we will set you up with a personal training session to see where you’re currently at and where you need to start. We have found the consultation and personal training session builds confidence for people who haven’t worked out or belonged to a gym in a long time. From there, we will get you started on your individualized program for the next six weeks. Every time you show up at the gym, you will always be with a personal trainer, guiding you every step of the way. Every workout will be based on your goals and where you’re at physically. After your 6 Week Personal Training Experience, you can decide if we earned your trust to become a member at First Capital Gym.

  • (1) Strategy Session to discuss your goals, do a quick movement screen, and build out your personal blueprint for success
  • 6 weeks of workouts that will include personal training and small group personal training sessions. We will schedule them based off your current fitness level and your schedule
  • (2) nutrition consultations that will focus on building healthy eating habits that are sustainable long term not just a crash diet
  • You will be with a certified personal trainer every time you step in the gym
  • Access to our private Facebook page where you can interact with other members and coaches
