Yor 6 Week Personal Training includes:
- An Initial Consultation to discuss your goals and build a plan for you to reach your goals
- 6 Weeks Of Workouts that will include personal training and small group personal training sessions. Your workouts will be designed based off your goals and current fitness level.
- Nutrition Consultation And Guide to make better food choices that are sustainable for the long-term.
- You’ll Be With A Certified Personal Trainer every time you step in the gym to make sure you’re doing things safe & effective.
- Accountability, Direction, And Motivation throughout the whole 6 weeks
