Last week, we mentioned that complexes are a great way to burn fat and gain strength at the same time. Even better, they’re great for saving time as well! Last week, we showed an example using kettlebells but you can use just about any tool. Here’s a great complex using dumbbells.
In this example, you would do:
Deadlifts x 8
Rows x 8
Lunges x 8e
Overhead Presses x 8
4-6 sets with 1-2 minute breaks in between would be good.
Here’s another one example using dumbbells:
Squats x 10
Rows x 10
Single Leg Deadlifts x 10 total
Overhead Presses x 10
Bicep Curls x 10
There is a lot of volume with this so 2-4 sets with 1-2 minute breaks in between circuits would be great.
