Honey Garlic Stir-fry Casserole

Here’s the ingredients:
Sauce:
1/2 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/2 C Honey
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
Hot Sauce, splash or two
Black Pepper to taste

2-3 Cups Baby Carrots- sliced in half length wise
2-3 Cups Broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
1 Large Chicken Breast, cut in to small pieces
1 lb Angus Beef Extra Thin Round for Carne Picada
EVOO

The How To:
Heat Skillet on medium heat.
Add TBSP or so go Evoo. Add chicken, season to your taste, (I used Montreal Chicken Seasoning).
While chicken is cooking in a large bowl slice carrots and broccoli. Set to side.
Cook chicken most of the way through, stirring frequently. Set to the side when finished.
Repeat with steak.
While Steak is cooking, in a medium size bowl mix sauce ingredients. Also, preheat oven to 375 at this point.
Combine protein and veggies into large bowl. Pour sauce over top and toss well.
Lightly mist 9x13 glass baking dish with Evoo spray.
Pour veggies, protein, and sauce into baking dish.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until veggies are getting tender.
