Turkey Meatballs is a flavorful Asian inspired sauce with a little bit of a zing.

For the Meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground turkey breast
2 TBSP maple syrup
3/4 cup grated carrots (use a food processor)
1 TBSP minced ginger (fresh in the produce section)
Salt and Pepper
For the Honey Maple Sriracha Sauce:
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBSP ginger
2 TBSP sriracha
1/4 cup Vidalia onion- diced fine
Prepare sauce first and set aside
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large mixing bowl, mix turkey, 2 TBSP of sauce, grated carrots, 1 TBSP ginger, salt and pepper. Form into about 1 1/2” diameter balls. Should come out to about 20ish meatballs.
Bake meatballs on greased cookie sheet for about 35 minutes or until meatballs reach internal temp of about 165.
During the last 5 minutes brush meatballs with sauce and place back in oven to finish cooking.
Pour remaining sauce over meatballs to thoroughly coat and enjoy!!!
