I get it, you’re busy. So is everyone else. Do you have 20-45 minutes 2-3 times a week to work out to better your health? If you said no, I recommend you going through your schedule and see what’s taking most of your time (excluding your job). What I mean is that I find a lot of people spend time watching television, scrolling through social media, and on the computer. If you’re doing this, stop!
You will be amazed on how much more spare time you have to do more important things.
One misconception is that people think they have to spend hours at the gym every day to get in shape and be healthy. This is totally false. Most of our members at First Capital Gym have high stress jobs. The last thing they want to do is spend hours at the gym. The majority of them come in and feel great by working out 2-3 times a week at 45 minute clips.
To recap, every one of us is busy. If you’re looking at improving your health, exercise is going to need to be a priority. If time is an issue, look at the unimportant things like social media and television and taking them out. Find 20-45 minutes 3x per week to exercise and see how great you feel!
