Q: What should I expect during my first session?
A: During your personal training session, we will go over your goals and see if we would be a great fit for you. If you would like, we will do some measurements so we can track your progress. We will do a short movement screen to determine which exercises would be both safe & effective for you. We will then go over what we found and develop a blueprint for the next 30 day.
Q: Are your classes like the one offered at box gyms?
A: Absolutely not. The exercises that you will be doing will be based off your goals and movement screen. This is not a cookie cutter program but with the proper regressions/progressions built in to meet you where you’re at. We also stress quality over quantity.
Q:. I have not worked out for long time, will I be able to keep up with everyone?
A:. Yes. We have a wide range of ages of fitness levels during classes. Your program will be based off your current fitness level. You should never feel that you have to keep up with anyone else.
