Depending on your fitness level, you could choose to stay with one rep or climb as high as you want. At First Capital Gym, we typically will not go higher than 5 reps of everything. If you decided to go 5 reps, it would like this:
Depending on how high you go with your reps will determine how many sets and rest period you take. As you go higher with the reps, more rest will be needed.
