Kettlebell Snatch Workout

If your kettlebell skills are up to par and you know how to snatch, you could try these variations.  In the examples below, Amber snatches 5 on each side with an 18kg bell while Ryan snatches 10 on the right side with a 32kg bell.  We would perform this until we got to 120 reps.  Rest would vary between 45-60 seconds.

 We have been implementing this for the upcoming TSC for the last two months.  We chose to pick 2 bell sizes heavier to make our competition weight lighter.  We hope it pays off!
