20 oz egg whites
1 Cup chopped broccoli
4 yum yum peppers
1/3 cup feta
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease muffin tin
Combine veggies and feta in mixing bowl
Spoon heaping spoonful in to each muffin cup
Pour egg whites over filling cup 3/4 of the way
Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
