Quick Tips on The TRX Row

The TRX is a common exercise at most gyms and is a staple at First Capital Gym. It’s great upper body exercise and can be used for just about everybody regardless of fitness level. When performing the TRX row, there are some things you want to keep in mind:

•Set up at a distance that is challenging but where you can perform them the correctly
•Keep wrists neutral throughout the entire movement
•Keep neck neutral
•Body should be straight and glutes squeezed
