The Perfect Exercise You’re Not Doing

If you had to pick the perfect exercise, what would it be? What gives you the most bang for your buck? Many people might say the kettlebell swing or some type of squat movement. But let’s say we are limited in equipment, like many of us are now, what would it be? This might surprise you but “carries” are your best bet. They’re a great total body exercise that works the legs, arms, core, grip, posture, and they can get your heart rate up. Even better, they’re a great functional exercise that has many carry over into everyday life.
