Ryan Zuver: Owner

Ryan opened First Capital Gym in York, PA is 2018. He has helped hundreds of adults and athletes achieve their fitness goals since 2004. Ryan, a former Marine, has built a great reputation based on his work ethic, character, loyalty to his clients, and dedication to improving himself as a coach. He is also well respected by local physical therapists and chiropractors in the area.

Amber Zuver: Coach & Nutrition

Amber seeks to empower women and young girls in strength and to inspire them to not be afraid to step into the gym. Amber finds great joy in helping clients move, perform, look, and feel better! She believes that your training at the gym should transfer over into making your everyday life better as a whole, both physically and mentally.

Michael Allen: Coach

Michael has been working with clients in the gym and countless adults in a physical therapy setting since 2013. He spent 3 semesters working at Towson University with student-athletes from nearly every sport at the school. He served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Kennard-Dale High School during the 2019-2020 school year. His goal is to always get better and give you the safest and most effective use of your time at First Capital Gym.

Angie Hartman: Coach

Helping people achieve their fitness goals has been a part of Angie’s life for 20+ years. Angie enjoys motivating clients to get stronger and move better during sessions so they can carry this to their everyday life. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients take time to achieve their fitness goals and be a better and stronger version of themselves.
