Ryan Zuver: Owner of First Capital Gym

Ryan has helped hundreds of men, women, and athletes of all ages achieve their fitness and athletic goals since 2004. In 2016, he started Method Strength and Performance to offer his personal training approach to the York, Pa area. The results and success his clients were having and his 100% dedication to help them achieve their goals spread quickly as he became the trainer referred time and again.

In 2018, Ryan opened First Capital Gym on Industrial Highway. Ryan’s goal is to provide the York, Pa community a facility that is results based and not your average cookie-cutter big boxed gym.

Ryan has built a great reputation based on his work ethic, character, loyalty to his clients, and dedication to improving himself as a coach. He is also well respected by local physical therapists and chiropractors in the area.

He attends seminars regularly and trains with other high level strength and conditioning coaches and trainers to improve his coaching and programming abilities.

Amber Lentz: Trainer/Nutritional Support

Amber seeks to empower women and young girls in strength and to inspire them to not be afraid to step into the gym. Amber finds great joy in helping clients move, perform, look, and feel better! She believes that your training at the gym should transfer over into making your everyday life better as a whole, both physically and mentally.

Credentials: Strong First Kettlebell Instructor Level 2, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification
