Women: 8-16 kg bell
This is a little more advanced but if you’re up to it, give it a shot. In this workout, all you’ll be doing is snatching. For this, you would want to go heavier than a kettlebell you would normally snatch with. In the first set, you would do 5 snatches and put it down. Rest to the minute and perform 5 snatches on the other side. Perform 5 snatches on the other side and rest to the minute. Rest to the minute and perform 5 snatches on the other side. From there, you would do 5 snatches on each side (for a total of 10) and set it down. Rest for 1 minute. Perform 10 snatches on one side and rest for one minute. Perform 10 snatches on the other side. Repeat this up to 2 times
Example:
5 snatches right side (rest up to the minute)
5 snatches left side (rest up to the minute)
5 snatches right side (rest up to the minute)
5 snatches left side (rest up to the minute)
5 snatches one each side…10 total (rest one minute)
10 snatches on right side (rest one minute)
10 snatches on left side (rest one minute)
Repeat 1-2 times
