Kettlebell Workouts You Can Do At Home


At First Capital Gym, we use the kettlebell a lot because of its versatility and effectiveness. What’s also great, is that unlike a dumbbell rack and bench that take up a lot of space, the kettlebell is small, which allows you to train anywhere, even at your house. You can also bring it outside or bring it with you on vacation.
With the following workouts, they’ll be effective, but not time consuming. Assuming you do a 5-minute warm up before training, each workout should take no more than 25-30 minutes to complete.
Before we start, please make sure you have worked with a fitness professional that is knowledgeable in using kettlebells CORRECTLY. You can contact us anytime if you have questions with any of the workouts. To help you out more, we’ll also recommend the weight you can use for each complex. These are only recommendations. You’ll have to pick the right weight depending on your fitness level and current equipment.
