We’ve all been there.
You meet a friend for lunch and they’re raving about this new diet they’re on.
Before jumping on the band wagon ask this one question….
“How long have you been doing this diet CONSISTENTLY?”
If it’s less than three months, reconsider taking their advice. Even if it’s been three months, keep in mind, what works for one doesn’t always work for another.
And that’s perfectly okay!
What I care most about?
That you find a good solid nutrition plan that works for YOU.
One that you can follow consistently while making better choices and not worrying about food taking over your entire life.
Ones gotta live, right?
Whether it is Weight Watchers, Keto, Paleo, Atkins, South Beach, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting, drinking Unicorn Tears, or something else…Like say cutting out the processed crap and reducing your calories… (which FYI, each one of them do! Well maybe not the Unicorn Tears?)
I want you to focus on just making each day, each choice…a little bit better than the last.
