Honestly, training is my favorite hobby. Training for me is the one hour of the day where I can focus on myself. It is my way of relaxing and destressing from my busy days.

"Working out is an automatic life activity like brushing teeth or showering. I do it to be strong, congruent with my life choices, to keep my brain alert. As a chiropractor I either stand all day or bend to take care of patients. I assist them on and off the adjusting table and my fitness helps me to do it with no worries of weakness or fatigue at the end of a 12 hour work day."
