For the last 10 years, we have helped people 40+ get in the best shape of their lives with as little as 1-3 personal training workouts per week. The majority of our personal training members haven’t stepped foot in a gym before coming here. While you’re here, you won’t need to think about what to do or worry about being in a crowded gym. Regardless of where you’re at with your health & fitness, we will find a starting point for you.

What Makes Us Different

For starters, we are the only gym in the area that specializes in fitness over 40 with most of our personal training members being 55+. We know where to start you and how to progress you accordingly. We will never put you in a position to do something that you’re not capable of doing yet. Our coaches will provide you the path and workouts to help you get to your goals safely and effectively.
