This week’s correction is again, the set up. Lots of times, people set up too narrow. In the video below, Amber sets too narrow. If there is a lack of ankle mobility (which a lot of the times is the issue), the heel will start coming up as the person descends in the split squat. When this happens, undue stress is placed on the front knee which could cause pain.
