Here’s a delicious recipe to start your day off right. You will love it!2 Large RIPE Bananas4 Eggs2 Scoop of Chocolate (or Vanilla) Protein PowderBlend all ingredients in blender or food processorSpray pan with coconut oil and cook about 2 minutes each side on low to medium heat.Keep a close eye as they will burn quickly.I would suggest making them on the smaller side because they are slightly flimsy to flip.Top with pureed fruit and enjoy!Bonus: I like to add in a TBSP or two of PB2! Yum!
