Easy Peezy 3 Ingredient Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

Here’s a delicious recipe to start your day off right.  You will love it!

 

2 Large RIPE Bananas
4 Eggs
2 Scoop of Chocolate (or Vanilla) Protein Powder
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor
Spray pan with coconut oil and cook about 2 minutes each side on low to medium heat.
Keep a close eye as they will burn quickly.

I would suggest making them on the smaller side because they are slightly flimsy to flip.

Top with pureed fruit and enjoy!

Bonus: I like to add in a TBSP or two of PB2! Yum!
