Recently the owner of the East York Chick-fil-A was kind enough to break down some different choices for me and how to make them just a little bit “better”.
Below I’ve listed the lesser choice first, followed up by a “better” choice, followed up by an EVEN “better” choice.

Calories………..50…..90 calories less than superfood salad & 310 less than the fries!
Protein………….0……definitely not the winner in this category but that’s why it’s a side!

Sugar…………..9g….2 grams less than salad, the fries win in the sugar department.
Sodium…………0mg…….winner, winner, winner, chicken dinner right here!
Fiber……………2g……6 less than salad and 3 less than fries

But wait! Maybe you just want a salad as your main meal?!?
She gave us a great option for that as well!
Grilled Market Salad w/ Grilled Filet
Sliced grilled chicken breast served on a fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with crumbled blue cheese and a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, & blueberries. Served with Harvest Nut Granola, Roasted Nut Blend and Light Balsamic dressing.
