If you’re thinking about starting an exercise program, picking the right exercises are going to be key! In the next few weeks, we’re going to go over some exercises that just about any beginner can do. The exercises will need little to no equipment.
Today, we’re going to go over some basic “pull” exercises. These exercises are a great upper body strength movement and a great way to strengthen the posterior chain. If you’re just starting out, 2-3 sets of 8-15 reps will be great. Check them out below!
