Workout #1: The Basic

Guys:      20-28 kg bell
Women:  12-16 kg bell


The Basic consists of performing 2 handed kettlebell swings for 25 repetitions and setting it down. When performing this correctly and powerfully, 25 repetitions will take roughly 40-45 seconds to complete. We recommend performing The Basic anywhere from 4-8 sets. Depending on your fitness level, we recommend a 45 sec-2-minute break.
