Workout #6: 3’s Company

Guys:     20-28 kg bell
Women: 10-16 kg bell


In this complex, you’ll be doing 3 exercises with 3 reps each. Your lower body and lungs will be getting worked with this one. The exercises and order are:
3 Push Presses (right side)
3 Squats
3 Lunges (left leg is going out)
Switch to the other side
3 Push Presses (left side)
3 Squats
3 Lunges (right leg going out)
Rest OR Repeat Immediately

Coaching Cue: Make sure your rack position is on point, especially during the lunges. Keep the elbow in close to the rib cage.

Modification: If lunges give you problems, simply switch to a split squat instead

Depending on fitness levels, we recommend you performing this 4-6 times with 1-2 minutes of break in between each circuit.
