A Quarter of the Way Through 2019

To hold myself accountable, I tell you how I’m doing.

What’s Going Right:  I feel that I’m doing BETTER disengaging and spending time with family.  I watch Bella ride horses at Muddy Creek and it’s the best part of my week.  I’m able to train 3-4 times per week now.  As a matter of fact, Amber and I did a pre-test for our TSC event ( Max Deadlift, Max Pullups, and Max Kettlebell Snatches) in May and we’re both on track.  My sleeping is back up to 7 hours despite waking up at 340AM.  I feel that 90% of the time, I think before I react and my leaderships qualities are getting better.

What’s Not Up To Par:  I still haven’t taken a bigger step being more involved with my church.  Like I said before, my leaderships qualities could be better and could do better disengaging as well, especially on the weekends……but it’s still early.
