In this mobility circuit, Coach Amber Zuver from First Capital Gym shows:

90/90 Stretch x 30-60 seconds
Hip Rock w/ Hold x 30-60 seconds
Straight Leg Raise Stretch x 30-60 seconds
Straight Leg Raises x 10-20 each
T-Spine Rotations x 10e
Calf Stretch x 30-60 seconds
Ankle Rocks x 10-20e
Hip Swings x 10-20e

You can perform this before your training session or a couple times throughout the day
