Ingredients:
1 package of Members Mark Hatch Chili Chicken Sausage (or a chicken sausage of your choice)
2 medium size zucchini , cut into bite size pieces
Sweet bell peppers, I used orange and yellow because its what was available, but red would be fine as well
One bunch of asparagus, also chopped into bite size pieces
1 medium sweet onion, diced
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
Your choice of seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to 425f.
Toss veggies in EVOO and season
Create and place in foil packet
On one side of grill, grill chicken sausage until cooked through and skin is blistering
On the other side of the grill, place foil packet. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
After removing all ingredients from the grill and allowing sausage to cool, slice sausage diagonally into bite size pieces. Combine sausage and veggies in a large container for a great high protein, high veggie, low carb meal
